Review: Second time here in a month. Wanted new lenses fitted in old Tesco frames but was disappointed to find out I would have to pay £70.Member of staff gave me an alternative to this and I accepted the offer and am now waiting for glasses to be ready.Very helpful and friendly staff.

Review: Having been really pleased with service of this branch and optician over many years I dealt with the manager Darren when my sight changed shortly before the two years I qualified for a free test. He told me that i was not entitled to a free test prior to two years, and when i asked him to put it in writing so i could inform my car insurance company, he declined. I then had a test elsewhere , and qualified for a free test as my prescription had changed. net result, Darren has lost a loyal customer.

Review: I had an eye test elsewhere but couldn’t find suitable frames. In Tesco’s New Malden visited. Vision Express & spoke to Neil who was super helpful & found the perfect frame for my needs, offered a great price for Essilor individual lenses with transitions Gen S… the dispenser was Sharnavi who efficiently made sure everything fitted correctly. So after a very pleasant experience & great focused customer service I am looking forward to my new Glasses.

Review: Always find the staff friendly and helpful but the branch itself has cancelled mine/my sons appointments on several occasions shortly before the appointment (I’m talking an hour or two) and therefor I will no longer be using this branch.
